Dalgona Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:

• Nescafe or any instant coffee. I used Beanies Coffee- Creamy Caramel flavour
• Fresh milk- I used Dutch Lady Full Cream milk
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• Hot water
• Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Mix together two tablespoons each of instant coffee, sugar and hot water.

2. Whisk it for around five minutes until the mix turns foamy. You can use a hand mixer or frother too! At first, i guna whisk sebab tengok orang lain ada guna plus malas nak keluarkan hand mixer. Lepastu rasa penat tangan guna whisk i guna shaker je 😂 

3. Fill the mug with ice cubes.

4. Add milk.

5. Pour your foamy mixture onto the milk — iced or hot.

6. Dalgona coffee is done! 💙
